Why is there a charge on my card or bank account?

Its a charge for one of our Purification Assessments / Purification Installations.
  • Who is MilesAirAndWater.com? We are a Water and Air purification brand run by the family owned, unincorporated, business CHARLES MILES ENTERPRISES© based in the southwest suburbs of Kansas City, Kansas. Our company is owned by Charles (Chip) Miles who has over 40 years of luxury home remodeling experience. We look forward to providing you with Water and Air purification solutions.

  • Why are you charging us? The charge you see on your card or bank statement is for either an Assessment appointment, purification installation services, or our filter club.

  • Doesn’t ring a bell? If the product names above don’t ring a bell, it’s possible your business partner or significant other purchased one of our products. We’ve found that most of the time confusion arises when someone else purchases the product(s) or service(s).

  • Can we get an invoice/receipt for the charges? Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you (or someone else) provided when you/they signed up. If you need a receipt we can always send you one. Simply email support (at) MilesAirAndWater.com.

  • Can we get a refund? We have a strict no-refund policy which can be viewed here. Initial purchase deposits are absolutely no refunds, as those go towards purchasing equipment – if for some extremely extenuating circumstance you cannot proceed with the installation process we may be able to halt the rest of the process, however, the situation will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
